Highly anticipated Top of Her Game…

…which is the largest platform to break the stereotype of Arab women in GCC countries.

Our Top of Her Game “Gamechangers” are women who have achieved great strides within male-dominated fields such as executive management, sports and technology.

Says Christina Ioannidis, Top of Her Game founder and Executive Director of the company Aquitude on this unique occasion: “This groundbreaking platform has met with great support from all the participants. It’s the biggest event in Dubai to exchange experiences.

I have met women from all over the United Arab Emirates and worldwide and I wanted to find a way to develop careers through mutual support or as we call it, peer mentoring”.

Raha Moharrak

A true trailblazer and we’re proud that Raha is a Top of Her Game Gamechanger…

Raha is the youngest Arab and the first Saudi woman to conquer Mount Everest. Previously she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Vinson, Mount Elbrus, Aconcagua, Kala Pattar, Pico de Orizaba and Iztaccihuatl – all in the space of just ONE year!

Raha’s parents have been a source of support and encouragement all of her life, and Raha absolutely believes in pushing herself to the limits and believes that she is capable of doing anything.

Raha would like all young Saudi women to believe in their ability and potential.

What an inspirational woman, and true role model!

As a speaker, facilitator and entrepreneur, I have engaged with audiences worldwide,… and seen that one of the biggest challenges for women in business in breaking the glass ceiling is the lack of female role models in their organizations, those senior women who can lend a helping hand and extend their supportive reach in guiding women up the talent pipeline.
