Tiffany’s corporate background is in Account Management and Business development in the technology, travel, and sport sectors. She has worked with startups through to large corporates, including Lloyds TSB and British Airways. In parallel she has developed a property portfolio of private residential rentals flats. She competes in ultra-marathons, but also climbs, skis and surfs, reviewing gear for independent websites and brands directly.
1. How has being an active woman has helped you in your professional life?
Being an active woman has helped me to be more focused, better at prioritising, and more aware of my health – key for resilience. The nature of endurance sports and the time training for them can give moments to mentally work through problems and business ideas; while in some outdoor activities decisions can life critical so risk assessment, problem solving and team work are key.

Top of Her Game is an opportunity to share with and learn from other women with challenging roles, who value leadership, and have an open mind. It is an opportunity to recognise that women in sport are also professionals.
