Top of Her Game, Top of Her Game Team

What do you consider the main achievements in your life?

I’m an IT professional, a mother, and a wife with a deep love for reading and sharing knowledge.

Since my college days, I’ve been teaching children for free—and that passion still drives me today.

Helping others learn gives me a sense of joy and purpose that nothing else can match.

I truly believe learning never stops, and I’m thankful to God for keeping this journey alive.

For me, the biggest achievement isn’t just my career—it’s the lives I’ve touched through education and kindness.

What drives you to be at the Top of your Game? What are your success strategies?

What drives me is the joy of learning and the fulfillment of sharing knowledge with others.

I stay at the top of my game by staying curious, reading widely, and continuously upgrading my skills.

Teaching keeps me grounded and reminds me of the power of giving back.

I believe in consistency, humility, and trusting the process.

Gratitude and a strong sense of purpose are my biggest motivators.

Have you dealt with failure? If so, how did you overcome it and resurge when all the chips were down?

Yes, I’ve faced failures, but I see them as lessons, not setbacks.

I believe in consistent efforts, and if I still fail, I take it as a clear sign to change my strategy—it simply wasn’t the right fit for me.

When everything feels lost, I turn to my passion for learning and teaching, which always brings me back to life.

I stay grounded, reflect deeply, and adapt with courage and clarity.

Failures have taught me resilience, patience, and the wisdom to pivot when needed and one point I would like to add here its quiet childish but yes m a big fan Shahrukh khan since I saw his serial Fauji and  I grew up seeing his movies and when I feel sad I go to my folder where I have saved his interview or thoughts how to deal with failure.

How easy was it for you to speak up and share your story when times were tough?

Speaking up during tough times wasn’t always easy—but I’ve learned when to speak and when to stay silent.

Sometimes, it’s better to be quiet and use that energy for self-motivation and reflection.

I believe in the process of energies—sometimes they’re low, sometimes they rise—and it’s wise to wait until they’re up before sharing your story.

I trust in consistent efforts, and if I still fail, I take it as a sign to change my strategy—it simply wasn’t right for me.

Opening up at the right time has helped me heal, grow, and inspire others with authenticity.

What did you have to do in order to be able to do share your story to inspire others?

I’m not a famous personality, but I believe real stories from everyday life can be just as powerful.

When I meet women who are overwhelmed by the demands of work, home, and relationships, I feel a strong urge to support them.

I share my journey to remind them that they are doing their best—and that’s more than enough.

I always highlight the importance of acknowledging those who stand quietly behind us: kids, husbands, and loved ones who offer strength.

Inspiring others doesn’t need a stage—it just needs honesty, empathy, and the courage to speak up when it matters.

And last but not the least, my mantra since the time I started believing in the process is:

“Do your best, God will do the rest.”
