Top of Her Game, Top of Her Game Team

Regional Data  & AI Technical Leader

1. What do you consider the main achievements in your life?

My proudest achievements are those where I’ve been able to create meaningful impact, both professionally and personally.

Leading Data & AI initiatives across MEA has allowed me to help organizations harness technology in transformative ways. Equally rewarding has been mentoring women in tech through the Women in AI community, helping them find their voice and confidence.

On a personal level, being a mom while navigating a demanding career in a field where very few working mothers are visible has been both challenging and deeply fulfilling!

Balancing family, career, and personal growth has taught me resilience and the importance of living with purpose in everything I do!

2. What drives you to be at the Top of your Game? What are your success strategies?

I am driven by the desire to make a difference!

For so long, women in this region have been encouraged to step back from opportunities and prioritize everything but themselves.. until they forget who they really are, what they truly want, and what their authentic voice sounds like!

I want to be part of changing that.

My strategies can be summed up as:

  • Keep learning : technology evolves fast, and so must we.
  • Lead with purpose : focusing on impact over recognition.
  • Build strong relationships :support networks are essential, both at work and at home.
  • Stay true to myself – being authentic, vulnerable, and creating safe spaces around me.

3. Have you dealt with failure? If so, how did you overcome it and resurge when all the chips were down?

Yes, absolutely. In such a demanding field, there have been moments when projects didn’t go as planned, deadlines were missed, or opportunities slipped away.

Being a working mom added a unique layer of pressure, sometimes I had to juggle critical deadlines with family responsibilities, leaving me with no energy, not even to reply to a single message!

In those moments, I learned to pause, reflect on the causes, think about solutions, and remind myself: in an era filled with AI and automation, I am human, not a robot! It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. It’s okay not to be okay! What matters is how I rise.

I’ve learned that resilience isn’t about avoiding failure but about standing up stronger every time. These experiences have shaped my confidence and strengthened my resolve to keep moving forward.

4. How easy was it for you to speak up and share your story when times were tough?

It wasn’t easy at first. Vulnerability can feel risky, especially in high-pressure roles where you’re expected to be logical, structured, and almost emotionless. But I realized that when someone shares something personal, even in a professional setting, it creates connection.

That realization encouraged me to share my own stories, to connect with others and inspire those who might be facing similar challenges. Speaking up became an act of empowerment, both for myself and for others.

5. What did you have to do in order to share your story to inspire others?

I had to embrace authenticity fully.. sharing my background, my personal journey, and the walls I had to hit along the way. Each obstacle made me stronger, and reflecting on those moments allowed me to grow, embrace my past self, and celebrate my successes.

By sharing my story, I hope to inspire more women to step confidently into leadership roles in technology, while also embracing their identities as amazing mothers!
