1. What do you consider the main achievements in your life?
1. What do you consider the main achievements in your life?
One of my greatest achievements has been building meaningful impact in environments where there was little precedent for the work I was trying to do. Professionally, I have had the opportunity to help shape and lead workforce wellbeing initiatives at scale, particularly within high-pressure operational environments, while advocating for psychological health and safety as a strategic business priority rather than simply an employee benefit.
A major milestone in my journey was contributing toward the development and recognition of internationally aligned wellbeing and psychosocial safety frameworks within the organization, including playing a leading role in advancing initiatives linked to ISO 45003 standards. Seeing wellbeing evolve from a “nice to have” into a serious operational and leadership conversation has been deeply rewarding.
Beyond titles and achievements, I believe my biggest accomplishment is resilience. I have endured difficult professional and personal experiences that could have easily discouraged me, yet I continued to grow, rebuild, and create value for others. The ability to keep moving forward with integrity — especially during seasons where I was underestimated, challenged, or misunderstood — is something I am proud of.
I also consider inspiring and supporting others to be one of my most meaningful achievements. Whether through mentoring, speaking openly about difficult experiences, or helping employees feel seen and supported, I value the impact that honest human connection can have on someone’s life.
At a personal level, balancing leadership, motherhood, responsibility, and growth while continuing to strive for excellence has taught me strength, humility, and perspective.
2. What drives you to be at the top of your game? What are your success strategies?
What drives me most is personal growth and continuous self-improvement. I have never been motivated by unhealthy competition with others; instead, I focus on competing with the version of myself from yesterday. I believe excellence comes from consistently raising your own standards, learning from every experience, and refusing to become complacent.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to “gamify” challenges. I naturally turn goals into milestones, obstacles into learning opportunities, and setbacks into strategies for improvement. This mindset allows me to stay engaged, adaptable, and solution-oriented even under pressure.
I also believe in setting goals that are intentionally ambitious. I often set the bar higher than what seems realistically achievable because even if I fall short of perfection, I still produce results that exceed average expectations. This mindset has helped me continuously evolve both personally and professionally.
Another important success strategy is resilience and adaptability. I understand that growth is rarely linear, and I do not allow setbacks to define my trajectory. Instead, I analyze situations, identify lessons, and adjust my approach quickly. I believe long-term success comes from consistency, emotional intelligence, and the willingness to keep learning.
Most importantly, I remain deeply connected to purpose. Knowing that my work can positively impact people’s wellbeing, confidence, and lives gives meaning to the challenges and motivates me to continue pushing boundaries.
3 & 4. Have you dealt with failure? How did you overcome it? What helped you share your story to inspire others?
I believe failure is not the opposite of success — it is part of the process that shapes it. Throughout my journey, I have experienced setbacks, disappointments, and moments where I questioned my own capabilities. However, with time and reflection, I realized that many of those moments were not true failures, but situations influenced by difficult environments, misunderstandings, or the actions of others.
What strengthened me most was recognizing that adversity can either break a person or refine them. In many situations where I felt challenged or underestimated, I chose to adapt, learn, and come back stronger. I developed resilience by refusing to stay defeated and by continuously finding new ways to move forward despite obstacles.
Speaking openly about my experiences was not always easy. Vulnerability comes with risk, especially in environments where not everyone responds with empathy or good intentions. However, I eventually realized that suppressing pain and bottling up difficult experiences only prolongs healing. Sharing my story became part of my recovery process.
Over time, I also learned that authenticity resonates more deeply than perfection. Many people silently struggle with their own challenges, and hearing someone speak honestly about resilience, growth, and overcoming adversity can help them feel less alone. If my story can encourage even one person to keep going, then sharing it becomes worthwhile.
I strongly believe that life is not meant to be easy, and every individual carries battles that others may never fully see. Difficult experiences often shape us into more compassionate, wiser, and stronger versions of ourselves. They teach us how to hold space for others, lead with empathy, and recognize the value of giving people opportunities rather than judging them by a single chapter of their life.
Each person’s story has the power to inspire someone else. Sometimes, the very experiences that once felt painful become the reason another person finds hope, courage, or strength to continue their own journey.
