Every system is built on a code. Some are written in algorithms. Others in culture, institutions, and the stories we have accepted for far too long.
We proudly present “Challenging the Code”, a global initiative exploring the invisible systems that shape our lives, and how women can influence them for the better, in collaboration with Orion’s Flow (UAE) and Saviesa (UK).
This is an invitation for women who are ready to question the status quo to do just that: to challenge outdated assumptions, and explore how our voices can help shape technology, corporate decision-making and society at large with greater fairness, accountability, and inclusion.
From private screenings, debates and other impact events, we will peel the layers of coded ‘expectations’ and systemic groupthink which is curtailing women’s voices and representation.
